I know we've said for ages now that we should have the tracks mixed soon but it really should be done this weekend even if it means i stay up all weekend to get them finished, i'm heading to Phil and Dannys studio at 6 to crack on with it,

last night we went to see Metallica, it was my 7th or 8th time seeing them and if i'm completely honest i was a little disappointed, to begin with Machinehead' sound was awful but they did close with Davidian so that was a brucey bonus!

The problem with Metallica last night was that the atmosphere was so tame, everytime i've seen them before there was an electric atmosphere in the air which seemed to be missing last night which was surprising as this was Metallica' first time playing Nottingham, the new material is crap (i'll give it it's dues it's better than the St Anger stuff but i couldnt help but feel a little bored when they played the newer songs)

Sorry Metallica but you just weren't on form last night!
